Together, over four 2-hour classes, we will learn the wheel throwing techniques needed to make small nesting bowls. Day one, you will master centering clay and you will also learn how to throw off the hump to make your bowls. Throwing “off the hump” is a technique used when making many small vessels on the wheel. It will allow us to make bowls at a much quicker rate! Day two, you will refine all your bowls and make sure you have 3-4 bowls you would like to keep. Day three, you will learn how to trim your bowls on the wheel to make them look very tidy and ready for the bisque firing. Day 4, you can glaze your nesting bowls so they have a finished look. This is a fun wheel throwing class for intermediate potters, if you can center the clay on the wheel then this is a great class for you!

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not have enough people booked onto a class 72 hours before it is due to start, we will cancel it and send full refunds to anyone booked on. 

If you are booked on and wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible. 
We will issue a full refund until 7 days before the workshop is due to start. 
If you cancel 7 days or less before the workshop is due to start we will issue a 50% refund.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before the class is due we will not issue a refund. 

Exceptions: if someone tests positive for Covid or is asked to self isolate within the restricted cancellation period, they will receive a full refund, if evidence can be provided.
