Love eating rice but don’t have a perfect rice bowl? Then this is the class for you!

In this class you will revisit your basic throwing skills, fine-tune your technique
and adjust it to throw specifically for various bowl shapes. We will focus on “U”
shapes and “V” shapes in bowl-making using up to 1kg of clay.

In the first week, we will focus on throwing bowls of various sizes. In the second week, you will learn how to trim your bowls including feet.

Young people aged 12-16 are welcome to attend (at concession price) but must be
accompanied by a paying adult.

Spaces are limited – offered on a first come first served basis, get in touch early to avoid disappointment

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not have enough people booked onto a class 72 hours before it is due to start, we will cancel it and send full refunds to anyone booked on. 

If you are booked on and wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible. 
We will issue a full refund until 7 days before the workshop is due to start. 
If you cancel 7 days or less before the workshop is due to start we will issue a 50% refund.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before the class is due we will not issue a refund. 

Exceptions: if someone tests positive for Covid or is asked to self isolate within the restricted cancellation period, they will receive a full refund, if evidence can be provided.
