YAY! You’ve received a gift voucher to play with clay at Dundee Ceramics Workshop! Your voucher is valid for one year and can be put towards absolutely anything, including:
- Classes
- 1-1’s & Group Bookings
- Memberships
- Clay Kits
- Materials & firing fee’s
Your gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase so there’s plenty of time to book on to a class or sign up for a membership.
You’ll find a code on your voucher that begins ‘GV’, enter this code at the checkout in our shop or booking system to redeem your voucher.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Gift voucher is valid for one year from date of purchase
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchchanged for cash
- No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers and such vouchers will not be refunded.
- If your gift voucher is used in a transaction totaling less than the total value, another gift voucher will be issued for the difference – cash change will not be given.
- Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and DCW reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
- Whilst gift vouchers are valid for one year, our service prices may change during this time. If you are quoted the price of a service prior to purchasing a gift voucher, the price of the service may change and your gift voucher may not fully cover the cost of it throughout it’s full validity.
