It’s almost the season of trick or treating – why not treat yourself to a space in this hand building workshop where you can pinch your very own pumpkin (not out of someone’s garden, but out of a ball of clay!).

Using the ancient pinch pot technique and a variety of tools, we’ll pinch, sculpt and carve a selection of pumpkins. You can add twirling stems, leaves and even carve or paint a spooky design. Our selection of slips and underglazes can be used to colour your pumpkins

Once made, we’ll move all pumpkins to the kiln room to be fired at 1000’C, ready for our technicians to dip them in a transparent glaze. They’ll then be put into the kiln for their final firing where they’ll reach temperatures as high as 1220’c. Once glaze fired, your pumpkins will be ready to come home with you in time for halloween!

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not have enough people booked onto a class 72 hours before it is due to start, we will cancel it and send full refunds to anyone booked on. 

If you are booked on and wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible. 
We will issue a full refund until 7 days before the workshop is due to start. 
If you cancel 7 days or less before the workshop is due to start we will issue a 50% refund.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before the class is due we will not issue a refund. 

Exceptions: if someone tests positive for Covid or is asked to self isolate within the restricted cancellation period, they will receive a full refund, if evidence can be provided.
