Block 7 – Sunday’s from 23/10 – 04/12 between 15:00 – 17:00 (skips week of 27/11 to allow work to dry)
Intermediate Wheel Throwing is aimed at those who already know the basics of throwing and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Through research, design and experimentation, this course will focus on the techniques required to be able to create specific vessels such as bottle shapes, large plates, bowls and jugs. You’ll also learn the various ways to attach handles to cups, along with some specialised trimming techniques. During the final session of this course, you will explore surface decoration using underglazes and glazes to paint designs on the vessels you have created during the last 5 weeks.

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not have enough people booked onto a class 72 hours before it is due to start, we will cancel it and send full refunds to anyone booked on.
If you are booked on and wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible.
We will issue a full refund until 7 days before the workshop is due to start.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the workshop is due to start we will issue a 50% refund.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before the class is due we will not issue a refund.
Exceptions: if someone tests positive for Covid or is asked to self isolate within the restricted cancellation period, they will receive a full refund, if evidence can be provided.
