In this workshop artist Maria Howard will guide you through the process of making a set of alternative ornaments. We will be rolling out slabs of clay and cutting out shapes inspired by animals and other motifs not traditionally associated with christmas. Participants will decorate their ornaments with coloured slip and DCW staff will add the final layer of transparent glaze to ensure they shine for years to come.
The workshop is designed for all skill levels – beginners and children are more than welcome!
*under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not have enough people booked onto a class 72 hours before it is due to start, we will cancel it and send full refunds to anyone booked on.
If you are booked on and wish to cancel, you must let us know as soon as possible.
We will issue a full refund until 7 days before the workshop is due to start.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the workshop is due to start we will issue a 50% refund.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before the class is due we will not issue a refund.
Exceptions: if someone tests positive for Covid or is asked to self isolate within the restricted cancellation period, they will receive a full refund, if evidence can be provided.
